Welcome to “The Red Barn” at Great Smoky Farm! Our Event Barn is perfect for Weddings and Receptions, Quinceaneras, Corporate Events and other Large Celebrations. Pricing for our Event Barn is very up-front and simple. Our Weekend Rentals now include day-before and day-after access for setup/decorations and then clean up as well.  Our flat pricing is simple and straight forward. We look forward to hosting your special day!

All Rentals INCLUDE tables and chairs for use inside our Event Barn, for up to 295 people!

Our Full-Day/Weekend Rental Includes:

• Up to 14 hours of “Wedding/Event” Barn Access – 12:30 am Curfew.
• Day-Before Access for Setup/Decorating
• Alcohol On-Site Privilege
• Next-Day Cleanup Option
• Your Event, Wedding or Reception hosted inside our 15,000 sq. ft. Event Barn.
• Tables and chairs for up to 295 people (for use inside Barn only).
• Soft-prep kitchen use.
• Sound System / Interior Speakers with Wireless Mic Setup
• Indoor Restrooms
• Commercial Ice Machine for your use
• (1) Great Smoky Farm Personnel On-Site – This person is not security or a planner for your Wedding/Event. You are encouraged to provide your own security if you wish.

This add-on includes:

• Up to 12 hours of Rehearsal Dinner or Decoration Time (Day-Before the Event and After 3 pm)
• Tables and chairs for Rehearsal are included.
• Soft-prep kitchen use
• Sound System with Wireless Microphone Setup
• Indoor Restrooms

This add-on includes:

• Large Heaters that will bring the Main Event Space to a warm, Room Temperature.
• Heat is offered year-round but depending on your needs, usually preferred for the months of November – February, for a night-time event.
